Penis
Male external genitalia, the ertile, erotically sensitive organ in males; its functions include sexual pleasure, delivery of semen, and unrination
Glans penis
The terminal know of the penis ("head")
Penis shaft
External elongated portion of the penis that contains 3 erectile structures, 2 corpa cavernosa and a singel corpus spongiosum
Foreskin (or prepuce)
The loose skin that partially or completely covers the glans in males who have not been circumcised
Smegma
A whitish greasy secretion that builds up under the foreskin of the penis
Cavernous bodies (Corpus Cavernosa)
Either of two elongated erectile structures within the penis, which extend backward into the pelvic floor
Spongy body ( Corpus Sponsiosum)
A single midline erectile structure. In both sexes it fills the glans; in Males it extends backwards along the underside of the Penis, surrounding the Urethra
Urethra and the Urethral Opening
The tube that conveys urine from the bladder to the Urethral Opening. It also serves for the discharge of semen
Root
Both the Corpora Cavernosa and the Coprus Spongiosum extend backward into the body under the pubic bones forming the root. The root is about 2 inches long and consists of two diverging crura, the backward extensions of the Corpura Cavernosa, and a central bulb, the backward extension of the Corpus Spongiosum.
Corona
The rim of the glans of the Penis, erotically sensitive nerve endings
Frenulum
A strip of loose skin on the underside of the Penis, running between the glans and the shaft. Highly sensitive.
Scrotum
The sac behind the Penis that contains the Testicles, and can be sexually arousing
Teste or Testicle
The male gonad: one of the two glands within the scrotum that produce sperm and secrete sex hormones. Egg shaped.
Seminiferous Tubules (where sperm develop)
Dominate the internal structure of the testicle. A set of about 1,000 narrow convoluted tubes that are site of sperm production (spermatogenesis)
Sperm
Hundreds of millions produced per day; a male gamete, produced in the testicles
Interstitial cells (Leydig Cells)
Produce testorone, cells are located between the seminiferous tubules in the testicle and secrete hormones
Epidiymis (2 behind testes)
a structure attached to each testicle where sperm mature and are stored before entering the Vas Deferens
Vas Deferens (2)
Either of 2 bilaterial ducts that convey sperm from the epididymis to the ejaculatory duct. Cut in Vasectomy
Ejaculatory Ducts (2)
Located inside the Prostate gland. Either of two bilaterial ducts formed by the junction of the Vas Deferns and the duct of the seminal vesicle. The ducts empty into the Urethra within the prostate
Prostate gland
A single gland, located at the base of the bladder, that surrounds the Urethra; its secretions ware component of semen
Seminal Vesicles(2)
Two glands situated to either side of the prostate, their secretions are a component of semen. Not storage areas for Semen, but add their own secretions
2 bulbourethral (Cowpers) glands
Two small glands near the root of the penis, whose secretions ("pre-cum") may appear at the Urethral Opening during sexual arousal prior to ejaculation
Semen (term for total ejaculate or "cum")
The thick, cloudy, off white liquid that is expelled from the male urethra at sexual climax. Most important component is the sperm and between 100 million and 700 million sperm are found in a single ejaculate, however it only occupies about 1% of the total make-up for Semen

*Prostate secretion is a cloudy alkaline fluid and a major component of semen
Breasts, nippples (papilla mammae), areola
1/3 of men do enjoy arousal from the stimulation of their breasts
Spermatic Cord
The testicles "life-line". A bundle of structures that connect the testes to Organ systems within the abdominal cavity.
The Vas Deferns(Vas) is a tube that runs through each spermatic cord storing and carrying mature sperm away from the epididymis

The ejaculatory duct is formed by the junction of the Vas Deferns of Seminal Vesicle and empties into the Urethra within the Prostate
