Describe the Bunker Hill Battle:
Took place in 1775, the British won because they took both Bunker Hill and Breed's hill by surprise, but they paid a high price. It proved that America could fight bravely, and also that the British were hard to beat.

Describe the battle of Yorktown:
It took place in 1781, and the American's won because Cornwallis was trapped on the peninsula. This ended the Revolutionary War.
