Cut sealing wires |

Check air tight Rubber gloves and visor then pull fuse out and check fuse |

Check polarity on cut out then remove neutral case and check polarity |

Put shroud. Tighten any loose screws. |

Take meter cover and any other covers such as blocks or isolators then fuse back in. |

Check polarity on meter and any blocks etc with VT7 |

Shroud back in and dead test with glow lamp. If no neutral step test is ok |

Rubber gloves + visor off and mark cables |

Check cables from consumer unit are secure and change meter |

Live and neutral id stickers and make sure installation is sound |

Rubber gloves on. Fuse back in. Check polarity with VT7

Take fuse out and put covers back on. Seal and crimp Tidy up |

Warn customer before turning on consumer unit |

VT7 check at metal work then non intrusive volt stick test. |

Socket test. Last visual safety checks |
