Hospice Care

Provides coverage for pain control, comfort and counseling for people with less than 6 months to live

Respite Care

A facility that can be used to give care takers a break

A LTC Policy Provision

Must cover pre-existing conditions after 6 months from issue date

Guaranteed Insurability

Allows the insured to purchase a preset amount of LTC coverage w/o proof of insurability

Return of Premium Rider

Insured can have all premiums paid refunded if they've paid premiums for a certain period of years

NYS Partnership for Long Term Care

Gives a person the ability to protect some or all their assets and still qualify for Medicaid Extended Coverage

Long Term Care Age related
