Indispensable Parties
A person who has such an interest or stake in the ction that the judge will not render a final decision unless he is a party to the suit
Inference
In evidence law, a truth or proposition drawn from another which is admitted to be true
Injunction
An equitable remedy which prohibits the defendant from doing or continuing to do an act, the right to which is in dispute, and which may either be discharged or make perpetual by the result of controversy.
Interpleader
Allows persons who have potentially conflicting claims against a plaintiff to be joined as defendans and to interplead the claims to present the plaintiff from multiple liability.
Interrogatory
Discovery device consisting of written questions about the case submitted by one party to another. The answers are usually given under oath
