An Innovation in Design credit strategy must identify (4):
• The intent of the proposed innovation credit
• The proposed requirement for compliance
• The proposed submittals to demonstrate compliance
• The design approach (strategies) used to meet the requirements
Each Regional Priority credit is based on (4):
1-The project’s zip code.
2-An existing credit and,
3-If achieved, worth an additional 1 point.
4-A total of 4 additional points may be earned from the pool of 6 Regional Priority credits.
