what where qualities of etruscan temples
Etruscan temples where similar to the greek but had wooden columns and a terracotta-tiled roof
-Their columns were also restricted to the front of the building , creating a deep porch that occupied roughly half the podium.
-unlike the greeks the etruscan temples were not ment to be seen from all directions instead focused on as a home for the statue of their gods
-The etruscans normally placed life sized narrative statues in terracota instead of stone on the peaks of the temple roofs
