how do you Create a List of Saved Record Information
You can print record information by adding items to a permanent list from a Search Results hit list or from the Details display, then printing the permanent list.
1. Click Permanent Lists.
2. In the New List box, type the name you want to assign to the new list, and click Add List.
3. Begin a search to find titles to add to the permanent list.
what to do before saving items to a list?
If you have not yet created a permanent list, the "Create a list before attempting to save an item" message displays when you try to save an item. You must create at least one permanent list and then save items to it.
How to place holds from a permanent list:
note: You must log on before you can access your permanent lists and place a hold. Some libraries let patrons place holds on items currently on the shelf.
1. Click Permanent Lists, and select the list that contains the title on which you want to place a hold.
2. Click the Details link below the title you want. You will move to the Details window for the title.
3. Click Place Hold. The Place Hold window displays.
4. If available, select a library where you would like to pick up the item.
