Hip Flexion
(5-3) Sitting, resistance prox to knee
(2) on side w/ powder board or assist, knee can bend
(1-0) supine, support flexed leg, palpate ant med thigh (psoas major)
Hip Extension
(5-3) prone, resistance @ ankle, very strong
(2) on side w/ powder board or assist, keep knee straight
(1-0) prone, palpate gluteus maximus
Hip Abduction

Foot Inversion

(1) - Palpate between medial malleolus and navicular bone
Foot Eversion & Plantarflexion

Hallux & Toe DIP and PIP flexion
