Retainer

Engagement Letter
A letter that identifies the score of services to be provided by a professional and the payments to be made for such services.

To challenge; to attack the credibility of.
Parol Evidence
Evidence of an oral statement.
Judgment Creditor
The person to whom a court-awarded money judgements is owed.
Judgment Debtor
The person ordered by a court to pay a money judgment.
Skiptracing
Efforts to locate a person or assets.
Admission

A court's acceptance of a well-known fact without requiring prof of that fact.
