for whipping cream, mixing cake batter, cookie dough,mashed potatoes,creaming butter ( make butter light and airy),the metal objects in the mixer are called the beaters.turn it on on the lowest speed, then increase speed slowly. when inserting the beaters mixer must be UNPLUGGED. when ejecting the beaters machine MUST BE UNPLUGGED. whentime to clean mixers and beaters you must eject button to eject beaters. wipe down main body of mixer and plug with a damp cloth put away mixer with correct set of mixers.
