Starting procedure according to Tim Collins
1: everything required before start
2: start switch on, then remove left hand from switch
3: point and say "ignition on"
4: point and say "fuel pressure off"
5: N1 stabilized above 12%, low idle cond. lever
6: count 10 seconds (if no ignited fuel, shut off cond. lever)
7: finger moves to 900 degrees ITT (conservative shutoff point)
8: finger moves to N1 to make sure its stabilized properly (this could be from runaway power)
