Toes towards face; calf stretch: ankle area

Bend to side; head, trunk, and neck
Elevation
Raise up; shoulder shrug; jaw and scapula
Depression
Bring shoulders down or bring jaw down; shoulder and jaw
Rotation
Move to and from midline; horizontal; head, neck, trunk
