parkinsons by about 10 years
What is the treatment for REM sleep behavior disorder?
hypnotics and avoiding alcohol (REM rebound as in post drinking)
What is circadian rhythm sleep disorder?
sleep really early and wake up early typically secondary to depression, bad sleep hygiene
