What about the environment?
Watson like Nightengale believed that patients envioment was central to their healing process. Therefore you have topay attention to: noise control, air quality, temperature and humidity, privacy, light, communication (people, space, technology), views of nature, colour, texture and accommodation for families/friends/visitors.
What contributes to transpersonal healing modalties?
Intentional conscious use of auditory (music, chimes, chants), visual (light, colour, art), olfactory (aromatherapy, breathwork), tactile (reflexology, massage), gustatory (foods), mental-cognitive (imagination, story), & kinesthetic (Tai Chi, Reiki) modalities.
ALSO, the nurse’s life history and previous experiences contribute to transpersonal caring relationships.
