The former prime minister of Côte d'Ivoire and the opposition candidate for president in the 2010 presidential election. He was also considered a front runner for president in 2000 but his possible candidacy ended just before the election due to a referendum from the government disqualifying anyone who's parents were not native to Côte d'Ivoire.
