Decreased CMRO2, CBF, ICP (but < benzos and barbs), N/V d/t stimulation of CTZ

Slowed gastric emptying/motility, Spasm of the sphincter of odi -> biliary colic, pain (like angina)

Antidiuretic, can cause urinary retention (Mu1 vs. Kappa)
