Diet: Dive up to 12 minutes. Feed on: bony fish, crustaceans, cephalopods + fish eggs.

Threats: Fishing nets (gill nets), Proposed hydro powered dams, Deforestation. Small population in Mahakam river + possibly Ayeyarwady river = Live captured for display purposes.

Helping: Baan gill nets, Safe habitat, Donate to WWF, Appropriate fishing gear, Only buy seafood MSC approved. This will reduce marine bycatch, (kills turtles, Sea birds, Whales.)
