To fairly evalute an enthymeme, assume it is valid and choose possible statements accordingly.
In an enthymeme, how can the assumed statement be determined?
The assumed statement can be determined by considering the terms which were used only once in the given statements, then considering the form of the assumed statement which would make the syllogism valid, if possible.
