This is least related to job satisfaction and other job-related attitudes and more to practical considerations.
Social loafing in the workplace
social loafing in the workplace occurs when employees, particularly those in high-level positions, are evaluated based on a combined effort of the group, rather than for individual contributions. It is more likely to occur when tasks are simple and boring. To avoid social loafing, an employer should insure that each employee's job is challenging and that they receive individual recognition for individual efforts.
Types and descriptions of long-term memory

An expert witness CAN offer opinions. A fact witness can only testify about the facts. A psychologist can give an opinion but only if it's ordered by the court and any opinions should be qualified by a statement about its limitations
