What brought the era of intense immigration to the United States to an end?

Who built the Statue of Liberty? Why?
French sculptor, Frederic Augusted Bartholdi loved America and gave the statue as a symbol of the relationship between France and the US
Describe the three parts of the Statue of Liberty
Torch-right arm and torch were complete first. The torch's lamps beamed 13,000 watts of light. The torch is a symbol of freedom.
