1. Treat RFs - smoking cessation, statins, ACEi, ASA
2. Pentoxyphylline or cilostazol 3. Assess for revascularization - angio or bypass graft (if debilitating claudication, ischemic rest pain, tissue necrosis) Also: regular exercise |
