-Located w/in TOC perimeter
-Establish physical barrier (triple strand concertina if possible) -Armed guard for perimeter -Single access point, guarded continously -Current Emergency destruction and evacuation plan -SCI material stored in lockable containers when not in use -Comms with backup response should be kept when possible -SSO conduct inspection of vacated T-SCIF to ensure removal of all SCI material |
