Define OPCON and ADCON |
OPC ON operational control is the command or commander in charge of the overall operations of forces. Their duties are to ensure the assigned mission is achieved through the use of forces assigned to the current operation.
ADCON administrative control: is the commander in charge of the individuals units administrative needs to include issuance of orders, pay and personnel issues, as well as issuance of directives and awards. During any given operation the administrative control authority will have the duties of logistical support as well as personnel support |
