the patient will present with altered level of consciousness
E.g pt says unitelligible words and gets confused for few seconds,
secondary generalized seizure
pt loses consciousness due to depolarization across RAS.
There's memory loss due to widespread temporal lobe depolarization
MCA lesion
Face and arm > Lower Limb
ACA lesion
LL > face and arm
internal capsule lesion
LL= FA
Insula damage
pt will have inability to clearly identify stuff eg taste sensation
pt complaining of worst headache of my life
Ruptured berry anurism

vertebrobasilar insufficiency
syringohydromyelia
associated with chiari type 2 malformation
