In a 10cc needle, draw 2 cc of D50 then fill the rest of the needle with normal saline
This will make 1g of dextrose in 10 mL |

0.2 g/ Kg (2mL/Kg) to max of 5g (50mL) q. 10 mins to a max dose of 2 |
