Human Papilloma Virus aka genital warts (Condyloma) Diagnosis, incubation period, treatment(s), immunization?
Diagnosis: seen as raised bumps on female cervix, or fleshy growth on penis/scrotal sac (hard to see and feel in women due to the fact that cervix has no nerve endings)
Incubation: vague
Treatment Female: cryotherapy to freeze cervix, or laser treatment, clean bumps off
Treatment Male: podophyllum on penis
Immunization: Gardasil reduces risk, reduces risk for HPV 16,18 by 70%: highest risk for cervical cancer, no warts seen
HPV 6,11 by 90%: see genital warts but no cancer

*vaginal infection can be passed to men
Diagnosis: female painful ejection, looks like cottage cheese, men have red fungus patch on scrotal sac or shaft of penis
