Your choices must reflect your predictions for priorities and concerns in your division’s HRM plan. Write a 1,000- to 1,500-word detailed analysis, explaining how these issues and cultural considerations affect your division and the strategic plans. · Organize your paper like this: o One brief paragraph identifying each of your three cultural HR issues and explaining their impact on your company’s strategic plan. Identify not only the cultural issue being discussed, but also the specific strategic plan objective or objectives impacted. (You should have 3 distinct paragraphs – paragraph 1 on 1st cultural issue, paragraph 2 on 2nd cultural issue, and paragraph 3 on 3rd cultural issue). o One brief paragraph identifying each of your three emerging HR issues and explaining their impact on your company’s strategic plan. Identify organizational limitations or challenges. Include bullet points explaining how HRM interventions/strategies will help address limitations and challenges. Include bullet points listing specific HRM action items for each of the five years of the plan. Executive Summary (Section C) · Create a 300- to 500-word executive summary which provides a high level overview of your company, its primary product/business lines, it’s main strategic plan objectives, the major limitations or challenges the company faces, the HRM strategies/interventions that will be put in place to address these challenges. · Include all three sections of this assignment in one Word document. · Write all sections in 3rd person. (See Writing Tips posted in Main Forum on how to write in 3rd person). · Format your report according to APA standards. · Use References: from any two of our three text books and from your research on your company. · Cite your references. If you used an electronic source, include the link. Make sure you use in-text citations in the body of the paper to identify any work that relies upon information from another source. Even if you have re-written researched work in your own words (paraphrased) you must cite your source.
