May decrease insulin requirements by decreasing blood glucose.
Contraindications of testosterone?

May increase symptoms of BPH and risk of prostate cancer.

May increase the hypoprothrombinemic effect of oral anticoagulants.

Rare.

Weight loss, palpitation, nervousness, diarrhea, tachycardia, insomnia, intolerance to heat

Notify doctor if signs of hyperthyroidism occurs (overdosage)
