what's homeostasis?

remove the excess and will be lost in urine

water is taken in through food&drink and lost through the skin by sweat, via breathing out through our lungs and by urine.

the brain controls our temperature because our body's enzymes work best at a temperature of 37 degrease so our body tries to maintain this.

food containing carbohydrates puts glucose into our body through the gut. a hormone called insulin helps us maintain a constant supply of energy.
