None, as contact with the puck was made first.

Minor penalty for Interference to the goalie. Note a goal cannot be awarded as the goalie is on the ice.

A player from "Team A" drops their stick inside the goal crease; this is observed by the referee. What penalties are assessed?

Minor for Unsportsmanlike Conduct.

A player from "Team A" drops their stick inside the goal crease; this was not observed by the referee. "Team A" subsequently scores a goal. The referee then notices a player's stick was dropped inside the goal crease. What penalties are assessed?

Since the dropping of the stick by the player was not observed, No penalty can be assessed. The goal by "Team A" will stand as Team A did not have an impending penalty.

A goalie from "Team A" drops her stick outside the crease before substituting off. The goalie's action of dropping the stick is not observed by the referee. "Team B" shoots the puck into the open net, but the stick prevents the goal from being scored. State the Referee's decision.

Since the act of dropping the stick by the goalie OUTSIDE the crease was not observed, no penalty shall be assessed. However since the stick prevented a goal from being scored on an empty net, "Team B" will be awarded the goal.
