Explain the enabling act

After the election Hitler still didn't have enough seats to pass any law he wanted in the reichstag. He therefore created the enabling act which gave him emergency powers to do whatever he liked. To pass the enabling act he needed 66% of the reichstag to vote yes.

In the Kroll Opera House because the Reichstag has burned down

He placed SA stormtroopers outside the Kroll Opera House and they would simply turn away anyone who was the political opposition of Hitler.
