Renaissance
Means 'Rebirth' or revival. During this there was a lot of renewals of learning and art all over europe
Where and When
The renaissance began in Italy in 1450 AD. Until approximately 1650 AD. It spread from there to some northern European countries

The Italian language had been based on Latin this made it easier for Italians to study manuscripts of ancient Rome
