Even though a moonstone causes drowsiness, without the Starpuffs, the Dreamless Sleep potion wouldn’t be Dreamless.
Without Moonstone, why would the dreamless sleep potion not work?
The starpuffs cause the lack of dreams, without moonstone, you would not fall asleep
