LABS/URINE ANALYSIS is normal. CBC: is normal. RADIOLOGICAL studies are normal.
renal tumor (weight loss, abdominal mass)
HX: A 27 year old male presents with bloody urine and the following associated findings: suprapubic pressure, groin discomfort, side pain, pain at the urethra and nausea. Past medical history includes: gout.

PE/ABDOMINAL findings are unremarkable. There are no other physical findings.

LABS/URINE ANALYSIS reveals the following abnormalities: bloody urine with occasional blood clots. CBC: is normal. RADIOLOGY: a ureteral stone on the flat plate and hydronephrosis is reported following an IVP.

LABS/URINE ANALYSIS reveals the following abnormalities: pyuria and proteinuria. CBC: is normal. RADIOLOGICAL studies are normal.

HX: A 41 year old female presents with hematuria and the following associated findings: nocturia, groin pain, flank pain and nausea. Past medical history includes: low hemoglobin and a recent fall down a flight of stairs.

PE/ABDOMINAL findings include: an abdominal mass and marked abdominal tenderness. There are no other physical findings.

LABS/URINE ANALYSIS reveals the following abnormalities: gross hematuria. CBC: is normal. RADIOLOGY: a questionable pelvic lesion on flat plate is reported.

HX: A 58 year old female presents with bloody urine and the following associated findings: discomfort with urination, nocturia, groin discomfort, flank pain, nausea and vomiting and fever. Past medical history includes: recent weight loss.

LABS/URINE ANALYSIS reveals the following abnormalities: the urine is grossly bloody and proteinuria. CBC: is normal. RADIOLOGICAL studies are normal.
