Definition of Verification
Those activities other than monitoring that determine the validity of the HACCP Plan.

The Validity of overall HACCP Plan is to control food safety hazard.
Purpose of verification
It provides a level of confidence that the plan is:

C. Check that CCP monitoring activities have been performed the locations and frequencies specified in the HACCP plan.
D. Check that processes are operating within established Critical Limits.
E. Check the appropriate corrective actions have been taken when is a monitoring indicates that there was a deviation from critical limits.
F. check that verification activities including money chicks calibration have been completed at the frequencies specified in the HACCP plan.
G. Check that records are completed accurately, and at the time intervals required and reviewed by train persons within one week from the time they were generated.
H. Review sanitation records on other procedures that supports it is HACCP system.
