Stage I Vulvar Cancer
Tumour confined to the perineum.

IA: <=2cm, invasion <=1mm
IB: >2cm or invasion >1mm
Stage II Vulvar Cancer
Tumour extends to lower distal 1/3 vagina, 1/3 urethra, anus.
Stage III Vulvar Cancer
Positive inguinofemoral lymph nodes.

IIIA:
1 LN > 5mm
1-2 LN <=5mm
IIIB:
>=2 LN > 5mm
>=3 LN < 5mm
IIIC: extracapular spread from nodes
Stage IV Vulvar Cancer
Tumour invades local structures upper 2/3 vagina, 2/3 urethra, rectum OR distant mets

IVA: invades local structures: upper 2/3 vagina, 2/3 urethra, bladder mucosa, rectal mucosa, fixed to pelvic bone OR fixed ulcerated iguinofemoral LN
IVB: Any distant mets including pelvic LN

IA2 - confined to cervix with 3-5mm depth of invasion and <= 7mm horizontal spread
