What does T.H.R. stand for?
Target Heart Rate

Define aerobic
Requiring a continuous supply of oxygen. Using oxygen to generate fuel for sustaining activity for long periods of time.
Define anaerobic
Without the presence of oxygen. The body needs more oxygen than can be delivered, so the the intensity of the activity is so great that the body is not able to supply oxygen for fuel. Cannot be performed for long periods of time without rest periods.
