Indications: yang deficiency, when sx appear during change from winter to spring; upper respiratory tract infections, bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, blisters with clear secretions, arthritis,

Sx: pain in the joints (and tendons) and extremities, localized heat in the limbs due to stagnation, swollen feet that are worse at night, no sweat,

Indications: yang deficient constitution that is always averse to wind; rheumatoid/rheumatic arthritis, DVT causing lower limb swelling, sciatica, connective tissue disorders
Principle/Function: Tonify and warm HT and SP, nourish blood. Resolve the surface.
