1. Unity of the play (1 setting, 1 day, 1 plot line) 2. Play is based on familiar legends or myths (People knew story before they entered) 3. Chorus: Voice of society (sings). Has 2 parts: Strophe (ask question of a character/state an opinion) and Antistrophe (answer the question or reply). |
