Noun
Word or words used to name a person, place, or thing.
Pronoun
A word used in place of a noun (he, she, her, him, they,i, we, us, myself, who, which, these, etc.)
Adjective
Word or words used to modify a noun or a pronoun.
verb
word or words that express action or otherwise make a statement.
adverb
word or words used to modify a verb, adjective, or other adverb.
preposition
word which shows the relation of a noun to another word in the sentence.
conjunction
word that joins other words/groups of words. There are two main kinds of conjunctions: coordination conjunctions, including "and", "but", "or", "nor", and subordinating conjunctions, including "although", "since", "because", "if", and others. Conjunctions are also called connectors.
