-The Bible is fully true, even exactly true
-True in respect to God, Sin as well as science and history
-Assumes that a primary purpose of the biblical writers is to give us scientific and historical data.
Full Inerrancy
Bible is not about science or history per se and so those subjects are seen from the point of view from the human author
Limited Inerrancy
The Bible is meant as a revelation of God's purpose and will.
~deviates because Bible not only DOESN'T intend to speak on History/Science, about those issues it may be fallible.
Inerrancy of Purpose
~The Bible completes its purpose: to bring us to God
~Its not about the communication of truths
~It is improper to equate inerrancy with factuality
Inspired, Not inerrant
~B/c the bible comes through human chanells it particiaptes with all of the shortcomings of human nature
~There can be doctrinal failings
~Authoritative, not inerrant
Non-propositional
The Bible is not actually revelation
~ It is a Human record of God's acts
~Revelation is of acts, not words; Deeds not propositions
