In poorer countries because the labour is cheaper
Where are TNC offices and Headquarters located?
In richer countries because there are more people with administrative skills due to richer countries having better education systems.
What are the advantages of TNCs?
-Create jobs in all countries they're located in
-Employees in poorer countries get a more reliable income than something like farming
-TNCs spend money to repair the local infrastructure
-New technology is brought to poorer countries
What are the disadvantages of TNCs?
-Employees in poorer countries may be pain lower wages than those in richer ones.
-Employees in poorer countries may have to work long hours in poor conditions
-Most profits go back to richer countries.
-Jobs created in poorer countries aren't secure
