Active Shooter Procedures **If it is not safe to move from your position then follow “Active Shooter Hide Procedures” **The First IRT Member to come in contact with an active shooter immediately notifies SD & On Campus RPD via radio: “Code Red” “Code Red” “Room#___”SD Initiates “Lock Down Procedures”SD Calls #911 and Coordinates IRT Activity with Law Enforcement from Media Room // All IRT personnel will keep the SD appraised of their status.SD relocates to the Police Incident Command CenterPosition 1 moves quickly to evacuate the TP to the Safe Zone (Green Room) Position (2,2b & 6) initiate a quiet evacuation of the congregation in the opposite direction from the shooter.Position 3 moves quickly to evacuate as many people as possible from 1st floor away from shooters location.Position 4 moves quickly to evacuate as many people as possible from 2nd floor away from shooters location. Position 8 Locks his door, turns out light and continues monitoring the location of the shooter letting all IRT know his/her location (Use the ear piece) if safety allowsPosition 9 Student Ministries Bldg.
