What impact did the Europeans have on the First Nations?
The Europeans had positive and negative impacts on the natives. They would trade things that the natives needed. One of the things were pots. The natives would use wood pots which you couldn't put over a fire. When the Europeans brought metal pots, these made their lifes easier. A negative impact would be the desisies that the Europeans brought. The natives were not imoun to these sickness and got very sick and died.
What impacts did the First Nations Peoples have on the lives of the Europeans?
The natives guided the Europeans and helped them when they got sick. The natives really only had a positive impact on the Europeans. The would trade furs for goods, the Eurpeans would then sell them in England or France for money.
Why did Europeans want to explore?
The Europeans wanted to explore because they were looking for the northwest passage. The silk road had been dangerous to travel on and the route around Africa was guarded and no one exept France was aloud to travel on that route.
What were the conditions in Europe that led to Europeans wanting to sail west from Europe and explore?
Europe needed to find a route so they could trade things in India. They were looking for the North-West passage but instead they found America. They kept coming back to America because they thought they had found gold but it was really fools gold.
