Security Manager

To implement command security policy and procedures per DoD and DON guidelines for Personnel, Information, Physical, Information Systems Security, Industrial, Communications, Emanations, and Operations Security programs to include the necessary Security Training and Awareness to ensure the protection of classified information.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Response program (SAPR)


-Offers a standardized, consistent, victim-sensitive system to prevent and respond to sexual assault.

Command Managed Equal Opportunity (CMEO)


-Allows the CO to create and maintain a positive equal opportunity (EO) environment.
-Allows commands to identify and resolve command-level equal opportunity problems and concerns.

Administrative Bill

Establishes uniform policy for assignment of personnel, berthing and lockers, maintainence, visiting, recall, formation and prades, security, unit security, & zone inspections.

Operational Bill

Sets forth policies & procedures in such areas as the boat bill, cold weather, darken ship, flight operations, EMCON, Navigation, special sea & anchor, heavy weather, replenishment at sea, ETC.

Emergency Bill

Provide and organize prescribed procedures & assign responsibilities for controlling the effects of major emergency or disaster suffered by the ship (general emergency, man overboard, abandon ship, emergency steering, aircraft crash, rescue, ETC

Special Bill

Assigns responsibility for executing procedures for defense againt sneak/swimmer attacks, evacuate civilians, prisoners of war, ETC.

Battle Bill

Assign personel and stations necessary to fight the ship.

Watch, Quarter, and Station Bill

Each person in the division is listed by bilet number displaying his assignments for battle, watch, operational, and emergency bills.

8 O'clock Reports

Reports received shortly before 1830 (underway) by the XO or by the CDO (inport) from the Dept. Heads.

12 O'clock Reports

Reports recieved by the OOD (inport) & delivered by messenger of the watch prior to 1200. Reports include; aviation fuel, binnacle, boats, draft, fuel and water, magazine temperature, muster report & vehicle report.

What are the 5 types of discharge?

Honorable, General (under honorable conditions), other than honorable, Bad conduct, and Dishonorable Discharge.

Advancement

Requirements are; proper time in rate, same grouping, advancement courses, military requirement, & most of all "CO recommendation".

Every 3 years, Hash marks still count as 4 years each.
