Fenestration: Glass all around the building which provide natural heating and cooling due to the over hangs which cover all the windows Solar shading: cool because all the windows are sort of caved few feet into the building stopping direct sun light trvelling into the building. but does provide with some natural light. |

Pillars are brick > prime for compression
beams are steel so can take the tension and compression really well. Geometric pattern of the steal support the light glass perfectly. cool and breezy due to the openness. Perfect materials used to optimize the structure. |
