Yes, you have to have data to back it up. If the data does not support the conclusion, you can't make it. Instructions are just ordered to get the right answer

Asked to do research for a specific area, the goal was to get a specific answer. While looking at research papers, the data came up inconclusive while a few studies had the answer you were looking for. You can send in the report with the data as inconclusive or use the favorable studies
