The main speaker is Iago but he is accompanied by Rodrigo. In this quote, Iago is just telling Barbantio that his daughter is married to Othello. He asks Barbantio why he is treating them poorly even though they are trying to help him.

Othello is resiting this when he is being questioned by the council and Barbantio about his love with Desdemona. Othello says he was amazed that she loved him so much and that he loved her because of it.
