Inn: Zygomatic branches of facial(CN VII)
Act: wink or blink gently
Ins: Lateral portion of eye fossa, tip of electrode 25 degrees with skin medially and downward.
Orbicularis Oris
Inn: bucal branch of facial nerve
Act: pucker lips
Ins: 1 finger breadth lateral to angle of mouth, insert at 20 degrees and advance towards upper or lower lip
Masseter
Inn: N to masseter, from ant trunk of mandibular nerve
Act: clench teeth
Ins: 1 finger breadth post to anterior edge of muscle, and 1 fb cephalad to lower edge of mandible
Tongue
Inn: Hypoglassal (CNXII)
Act: stick tongue out
Insertion: one side of tongue, then pt should relax and bring tongue back into mouth and clsoe it.

Act: raise eyebrows
Ins: 1 FB superior to orbital margin, 2 fingers from midline

Act: Invert ankle in plnatar flexion
ins: 1 hand breadth distal to tibial tuberosity, 1 fb off medial edge of tibia. Go trhrough soleus and FDL
